Sales Admin Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Admin Supervisor will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Business Development Team of SEELL, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination of sales activities. The Sales Admin Supervisor will play a key role in managing financial transactions, documents, reports, and inquiries to support the overall sales and business development efforts.
eDUCATION
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in Business Management/Administration
eXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative work preferred.
- Support client recruitment and marketing initiatives (e.g., information sessions)
- Coordinate pipelines and forecasts; ensure all entries are accurately maintained in the CRM system
- Respond to inbound client inquiries
- Maintain and update customer records
- Oversee the preparation, management, and organization of sales documentation, including contracts
- Assist in finalizing TORs and CAs for Program Directors
- Process Program Acceptances and Vendor Accreditations
- Process and monitor invoices and ensure timely collection
- Support post-sales activities, including client feedback collection.
- Act as a liaison between the Business Development team and internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, Admin)
- Manage and update an integrated dashboard reflecting the full admin cycle for SEELL projects and programs
- Ensure the Business Development team consistently updates relevant trackers and dashboards
- Extract and analyze sales data for reporting purposes
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and other relevant sales reports as needed
