Participants learn to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to diagnose and improve workflows, identify where AI can truly add value, and design AI-enabled processes using low- and no-code approaches.

Through a combination of process clinics, design labs, and guided builds, participants work on real operational challenges and integrate Custom GPTs directly into execution workflows. The program culminates in a capstone presentation of a fully designed, execution-ready AI solution—complete with governance, controls, and adoption plans.
