MAKATI, Philippines – The Asian Institute of Management (AIM), through its School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (SEELL), is proud to announce its latest program aimed at promoting digital transformation frameworks and principles to senior executives throughout Asia.

The Senior Executive Program for Digital Transformation is a five-day-long, face-to-face, on-campus course tailored specifically for C-Suite and senior leaders. Running from 17-21 March 2025, it serves as a gateway to mastering the digital skills essential for steering organizations confidently through rapid technological change. Students will begin the program with a three-day immersion in Singapore at the Singapore Management University (SMU) campus, after which they then return to AIM to finish the rest of the curriculum.

The program gives participants the power of design thinking methodologies to revolutionize work processes and drive sustained business growth. It also provides frameworks that simplify digital transformation allowing students to leverage it as a catalyst for innovation and success. By the end of the program, students will learn digital transformation strategies, customer experience enhancement tools, change leadership skills, application of design thinking and business modelling principles, emerging technologies, and how to promote an innovation culture within an organization.

Jointly delivered by AIM and SMU, participants will experience a dynamic learning environment that blends advanced theoretical frameworks with practical tools, real-world case studies, and hands-on activities. Students will have the opportunity to travel and learn firsthand about excellence in innovation and technology applications through moderated sessions at Innovation Centers in Singapore. Cross-country learning allows them to build their international network, giving them opportunities to connect with a diverse range of professionals in Asia. Professors from both AIM and SMU will facilitate their learning from end-to-end, guiding students along the comprehensive and holistic curriculum.

C-suite and executives will greatly benefit from this offering as the frameworks they will learn will allow them to tackle the challenges of integrating digital transformation into their organization and create opportunities for innovation. It is particularly suited for those in strategic roles, providing the knowledge and skills needed to steer through the digital landscape, make informed decisions, and advance organizations toward success in the digital age.
