The Asian Institute of Management Partners with Alveo Land Corp. to Deliver an Exclusive Coaching Program

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Alveo Land Corp. (Alveo) recently cemented their partnership to deliver the Coaching Excellence for Organization program.

MAKATI, Philippines – The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Alveo Land Corp. (Alveo) recently cemented their partnership to deliver the Coaching Excellence for Organization program. This custom Group Accelerator Program is designed to enable Alveo leaders to cultivate a coaching culture by leveraging strengths-based leadership, emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and impactful feedback.

The two parties formalized their collaboration with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Representing Alveo were Sales Training Senior Division Manager Ronald Galura and Sales Training Associate Manager Allen Lacson, while Program Director of the Coaching Excellence for Organization program, Ms. Marian Lleander, represented the Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (AIM-SEELL) in this historic signing.  

The Coaching Excellence for Organization program enhances mentoring skills to boost team performance, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Through a highly interactive, hybrid learning approach, participants will develop essential coaching capabilities, giving them the capacity to: 

  • Master Clifton Strengths, a Gallup-developed tool that identifies individual talents and strengths, enabling leaders to leverage these natural abilities for personal and team growth.  
  • Differentiate coaching from traditional management approaches and understand its critical role in modern organizations. 
  • Build and apply emotional intelligence to enhance coaching effectiveness. 
  • Create and execute coaching plans with well-defined goals, objectives, success criteria, and review timelines. 
  • Foster trust and psychological safety within teams, creating an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. 
  • Practice core coaching techniques, including active listening, powerful questioning, and giving and receiving feedback to build trust and empathy. 
  • Effectively structure coaching sessions and conversations to ensure impactful outcomes. 

The program will span four half-days with a pioneering cohort consisting of 35 participants from Alveo.
