MAKATI, Philippines – The Asian Institute of Management (AIM), a member of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), recently sent six of its International MBA students to participate in GNAM’s Global Network Week (GNW) program. GNW offers students an enriching experience to expand their global business perspective by studying at leading business schools around the world.
Through focused, intensive courses designed by each host institution, GNW enables students and faculty to dive into contemporary business issues, leveraging the unique insights, local expertise, and academic strengths of each network school.
This experience went beyond the classroom, with participants attending classes alongside their peers from other network schools, visiting local businesses, and meeting industry experts tackling real-world business challenges. One of the student participants, Tobias Zellier, reflected on his time at Fudan University in Shanghai, sharing, “Engaging with peers from diverse backgrounds
and analyzing emerging trends like ‘New Retail’ in China was intellectually stimulating and underscored the power of cross-cultural collaboration. Presenting our findings as a team from global institutions and earning recognition reinforced the value of diverse perspectives in solving complex challenges.”
