Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s Degree in any of the following: Data Science, Math, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other relevant degrees that have covered: multivariate calculus, linear algebra, statistics or probability theory, and computer programming.
- Knowledge and experience in artificial intelligence, network science, deep learning, complex systems, or expertise in similar fields.
- Programming proficiency in C++ or Python programming.
Application Process
1. Complete the application form in the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Portal at aim.powerappsportals.com/apply-now/
2. Submit the following documents to phdinds@aim.edu
- Completed Online Application
- Updated Curriculum Vitae
- Copy of Transcript of Academic Records (TOR) for bachelor’s and master’s degree
- TOEFL or IELTS test result (for international applicants only)
- Two (2) Reference letters (one from an academic source)
- Statement of Interest (one to two pages) indicating the following:
- Describe your motivation for pursuing the PhD in Data Science program
- Outline your career goals and relevant experience
- Explain what has influenced your interest in Data Science
- List of publications (if any)
3. Qualified applicants will undergo an admissions interview with the program faculty
4. Access the admissions result via email and the AIM Portal
5. Reserve a slot by paying a registration fee of USD 2,000, which is deductible from the total program fee
