Program Overview

The 68-hour AIM Certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (AIM-CLSSGB) is an enhanced version of the traditional Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB). In addition to the core LSSGB knowledge, this program integrates project management and uses the AIM Case Study method to help develop the participants’ critical, creative, and systems thinking toward process improvement initiatives in their organizations.

Program Objectives:

• Develop candidates to become effective business problem solvers and project leaders. 
• Level up the capability by learning various concepts, tools, and techniques to execute simple to complex projects. 
• Expose candidates to different best practices of LSS in other companies through case studies.
