• Translate strategic priorities into action by aligning people, resources, and organizational efforts toward shared educational goals 
• Lead and develop people effectively through coaching, performance management, delegation, collaboration, and distributed leadership 
• Manage operations and resources strategically while strengthening efficiency, accountability, innovation, and sustainability 
• Build and manage stakeholder partnerships that foster shared ownership and support institutional priorities 
• Communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively across diverse stakeholders, interests, and organizational contexts 
• Diagnose and resolve conflicts using appropriate communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-management approaches
