The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and Aboitiz Land, Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to affirm their commitment to building a stronger workforce and shaping future leaders. This partnership grants Aboitiz Land access to the Institute’s pool of top talent through the AIM Career Services Office, enriching the company’s capacity for growth and innovation.
Jikyeong Kang, PhD, AIM President and Dean, celebrates the meaningful relationship with Aboitiz Land, recognizing the Aboitiz Group’s pivotal role in advancing the Institute’s mission. “The Aboitiz Group makes sure that AIM is well supported in strengthening fields such as data science, innovation, and entrepreneurship through various programs and educational opportunities that we want to provide the market,” Dr. Kang shared.
Mr. Raymond San Diego, Aboitiz Land Assistant Vice President of People Solutions, emphasized the importance of attracting top talent as they expand operations in Luzon. “This partnership with AIM will help us grow, as we share the same goal—to develop future leaders for the country”, Mr. San Diego said.
During the event, Professor Christopher Monterola, PhD, Head of the Aboitiz School of Innovation, Technology, & Entrepreneurship (ASITE), candidly shared strategies with Aboitiz Land on how they can leverage the Institute’s talent pool. He also bannered the advanced technology found at AIM and ASITE’s initiatives that support the real estate industry.
