MANILA, Philippines – The Asian Institute of Management (AIM), as the sole member of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM) in the country, participated in the Global Network Week (GNW) last June 2024. AIM was represented by 30 Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) students studying at various business institutions across the globe as part of said program.
GNW is an international study program offered to students of various GNAM member schools to broaden their knowledge of international business practices through specialized programs. The students can leverage the diverse perspectives and faculty expertise of their host schools, allowing them to attend classes alongside their peers, tour local businesses, and meet with experts who address current business challenges.
AIM students traveled to countries such as Mexico, Germany, Spain, China, Singapore, and the United States to learn about topics such as developing business ideas from inception to implementation, building and leading conscious enterprises, the behavioral science of management and more. The Institute in turn, took in students from Seoul National University (SNU), Strathmore University, and the University of New South Wales (UNSW) to teach them the Institute’s newest GNW program, The NEW Language of Business.
