The Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning Partners with Unilab to Deliver an Innovative Sales Program
MAKATI, Philippines – The Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (AIM-SEELL), in partnership with Unilab, Inc., successfully concluded the Unilab: Sales and Operations Planning Program, held over five half-day sessions on 13, 15, 16, 17, and 20 January 2025. The program brought together 141 participants at the Bayanihan Center’s MK Tan Hall in Mandaluyong City, with 50 to 60 attendees engaging in the dynamic sessions each day.

Building on these insights, participants refined forecasts with channel-specific insights and strategies for improving accuracy and monitoring. Practical workshops on demand-supply reconciliation allowed participants to apply these concepts directly to their operations. The program concluded by addressing common S&OP challenges, exploring continuous improvement strategies, and developing technology-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
