AIM Alumni and Industry Partners Unite to Support an Undergraduate Student Through Three-Year Scholarship Commitment

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) celebrates another milestone in its commitment to inclusive education and alumni engagement with the Ceremonial Signing of a Scholarship Sponsorship and Zero-Percent Student Loan Agreement this October.
The partnership brings together the Alumni Association of Asian Institute of Management, Inc. (AAAIM), the Master in Business Management (MBM) Batch of 1979, the AAAIM Cebu Chapter, and Tsuneishi Technical Services, who have joined forces to sponsor a student from the Institute’s Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Business Administration and Bachelor in Business Administration Major in Management Information Systems (BSDSBA & BBA,MIS) double-degree program.
Representing the donors and partners at the signing were Felix O. Tiukinhoy, current Chairman of the AAAIM; Roberto Benares, Former Chairman of the same association and MBM 1979 alumnus; and Luis R. Zamora, MBM 1979 Batch Representative. The agreement was formally received on behalf of AIM by Bryan Cabrera, Executive Managing Director for Finance and Treasury of the AIM Scientific Research Foundation, Inc. (AIM-SRF).
Under this partnership, the Donors have committed to making annual contributions to the AIM-SRF for three consecutive school years beginning in 2024. These donations will be allocated in accordance with the terms and guidelines set by AIM-SRF to support the recipient throughout their academic journey.
This collaboration not only reaffirms the Institute’s strong alumni network and enduring culture of giving back, but also highlights the shared commitment between AIM and its partners to nurture the next generation of data-driven leaders. Through this initiative, AIM, AAAIM, and their partners aim to promote accessible and transformative education, empower deserving students to achieve academic excellence, and contribute to the Institute’s mission of developing future leaders dedicated to nation-building and ethical leadership.
