FrieslandCampina Champions Strategic Storytelling Through AIM Executive Education

FrieslandCampina, in collaboration with the Asian Institute of Management School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (AIM-SEELL) brought this vision to life through a customized executive leadership program that emphasized the critical role of strategic communication.  

The Strategic Storytelling and Crisis Communications Training Program, developed and delivered by AIM-SEELL, was tailor-made to address the specific leadership development needs of FrieslandCampina’s Senior Leaders and Country Directors. This intensive, two-half-day program was strategically designed to align with the company’s organizational goals—focusing on strategic storytelling, crisis communication, corporate branding, and leadership in times of uncertainty.

Over two immersive days, FrieslandCampina’s senior leadership engaged in a transformative learning journey. The program began with the Strategic Storytelling session, where participants learned how to craft compelling corporate narratives using data, authenticity, and emotional resonance—tools essential for building trust and enhancing brand impact across all organizational levels.  

This was followed by the Crisis Communications session, a high-stakes simulation that placed leaders in real-world, high-pressure scenarios. Through interactive exercises, participants honed their decision-making, refined their crisis response strategies, and strengthened their ability to protect and elevate FrieslandCampina’s brand in today’s fast-moving digital landscape.

The Strategic Storytelling and Crisis Communications Training Program aimed to equip FrieslandCampina’s leaders with the mindset and tools to become catalysts for change—capable of navigating complex challenges while driving business performance and operational efficiency. Through targeted modules on strategic thinking, message execution, and crisis management, participants were empowered to lead with clarity and confidence. 

These executive learning sessions were facilitated by Mr. Masaki Mitsuhashi, adjunct faculty at AIM-SEELL, who blended rigorous frameworks with real-world application, ensuring that learning translated into impactful action.
