Career Fair 2025 at the Asian Institute of Management: Advancing Purpose-Driven Careers Through Innovation and Leadership 

The Career Services Office of the Asian Institute of Management hosted Career Fair 2025 on 10 September at the AIM Campus in Makati, bringing together students, alumni, and professionals for a dynamic day of career exploration, industry engagement, and leadership insights. 

With over 40 participating employers across finance, energy, consulting, technology, and manufacturing, the fair gave attendees direct access to future career pathways while showcasing AIM’s strong industry partnerships. Alongside the fair, the Institute also facilitated 81 On-Campus Recruitment (OCR) interviews, offering participants an immediate opportunity to connect with top employers.

The event featured a keynote address from Emmanuel “Manny” V. Rubio, President and CEO of Meralco PowerGen (MGEN) Corporation, who highlighted the importance of innovation, sustainability, and purpose in leadership.  

Also addressing the audience was Dr. Jikyeong Kang, President of the Asian Institute of Management, who emphasized the role of education in shaping leaders capable of navigating complexity and driving transformation.  

Beyond the keynote and OCRs, participants engaged in a range of activities that made the event highly interactive and impactful: a resume photo booth by JobStreet, raffle stamp card challenges, financial wellness tips from NEXT by BPI Preferred, and the Pag-IBIG Fund Loyalty Card booth, among others. These activities underscored the fair’s focus on both career readiness and holistic development.
