Asian Institute of Management Strengthens Regional Leadership in 2026 Financial Times Executive Education Rankings

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM), through its School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (SEELL), has once again been recognized among the region’s leading providers of management education in the 2026 Financial Times (FT) Executive Education Rankings.

Building on its historic entry in 2024, AIM continues to strengthen its position among the world’s top business schools, reaffirming its role as a premier destination for high-impact, executive development in the Asia-Pacific region.

Sustained Excellence in Executive Education

In the 2026 FT Open Enrollment Rankings— which evaluate short courses for entrepreneurs and senior professionals — AIM placed #6 in Asia, underscoring its ability to deliver timely, relevant, and practice-oriented learning aligned with today’s rapidly evolving business environment.

In the FT Custom Executive Education Rankings, which assess bespoke programs designed around organizational strategy and transformation, AIM ranked #7 in Asia, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted partner for enterprise learning and capability building.

AIM also ranked #2 in Asia for Overall Program Satisfaction across the rankings, a distinction that speaks directly to the quality of experience the Institute delivers to its partners and participants.

The Financial Times rankings apply a rigorous methodology evaluating curriculum quality, teaching excellence, faculty expertise, international reach, and the long-term career impact on participants.

AIM President and Dean Jikyeong Kang sees the recognition as a collective achievement, “Our consistent placement in the Financial Times rankings reflects both our legacy of excellence and our responsiveness to the evolving demands of business, government, and the private sector. This recognition is shared with our faculty and the leaders who trust AIM to support their growth and transformation journeys.”

Driving Transformation Through Learning

SEELL continues to serve as a strategic partner for organizations seeking to strengthen leadership capability and build future-ready workforces, and for individuals advancing their own executive development.

Prof. Alberto Mateo Jr., Head of AIM-SEELL, points to the dual mandate the rankings validate, “The 2026 rankings affirm the trust that our partners and learners place in AIM-SEELL. Across both open and custom programs, our focus remains on equipping leaders with the practical tools, strategic mindset, and adaptive capabilities needed to lead effectively and drive meaningful organizational impact.”

Looking Ahead

As the business environment continues to evolve, AIM remains committed to advancing leadership excellence and promoting sustainable management practices. With a strong emphasis on digital transformation, adaptive leadership, and responsible business, AIM is well-positioned to continue shaping leaders who can drive meaningful impact across organizations and society.
