MANILA, Philippines – On 13 January 2024, managers and executives from Punongbayan & Araullo Grant Thornton (P&A Grant Thornton) attended the Partner Leadership Development Program Graduation Ceremony, cementing their status as exceptional leaders and newly-minted alumni of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Opening with a heartfelt speech, the Head of the School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning (SEELL), Professor Alberto “Albert” Mateo addressed the graduates, telling them that he hopes that they continue to be inspired as leaders. He goes on further to announce that the graduates will be given an eight-unit credit and an opportunity to earn a Postgraduate Diploma in Management which resulted in applause.

P&A Grant Thornton Chairman and Managing Partner and AIM alumnus, Romualdo “Boyet” Murcia III congratulated his colleagues for their outstanding achievement and thanked the AIM faculty for sharing their invaluable knowledge and experience to the program participants.

Each participant was individually summoned to the stage, where they were presented with an official certificate of completion by Prof. Mateo. With a sense of accomplishment and pride, every participant graciously received their certificate signifying their successful graduation from the Institute.

Mary Rose Juliet Anatalio, Rhia Dee, and Elano Marcelo, in recognition of their dedication to the program and outstanding participation, were called to receive the coveted Superior Performance Award given by SEELL. Ms. Anatalio took to the stage to deliver a class address, recounting the rewarding experiences they shared during the program.

The ceremony concluded with Prof. Mateo leading the students during the alumni pledge, each promising to embody the Institute’s mission, vision, and virtues on leadership. With hearts full of gratitude and a newfound sense of purpose, the managers and executives from P&A Grant Thornton officially concluded their journey at the Partner Leadership Development Program Graduation Ceremony, stepping into a future brimming with possibilities, armed with the knowledge and camaraderie forged during their transformative journey at the Asian Institute of Management.
