AIM and R1 Collaborate on New Leadership Program to Drive Executive Growth
The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) and R1 RCM, a leading global provider of revenue cycle management and healthcare solutions, have formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to launch the Elevating Development and Growth for Executives (EDGE) program, a premier leadership development initiative designed for R1’s senior leaders.
EDGE is built to help participants turn organizational vision into actionable strategies, equipping them with frameworks that break down long-term plans into executable steps and instilling the discipline to see them through. It also aims to empower leaders to inspire and manage innovation, guiding them in idea generation, experimentation, and problem solving so they can turn concepts into impactful results while managing risks and expectations. In addition, the program strengthens leaders’ ability to identify and drive growth opportunities through data-driven decision-making, balancing risk and scalability while optimizing resources. At its core, EDGE promotes strategies that prioritize employee engagement, professional development, and an inclusive, high-performance culture.
According to Prof. Albert Mateo Jr., Head of the School of Executive Education and Lifelong Learning at AIM, the program is designed to deliver not just an enjoyable learning experience but a measurable return on investment. He noted that the real value will be seen once participants return to work after their graduation in March 2026, applying their new skills to create immediate and lasting impact within the organization.
For R1, the program marks a significant first. Country General Manager Roger Salazar Jr. shared that the idea had been in discussion for some time, and the company is fortunate to have found in AIM a partner capable of bringing it to life. The collaboration, he added, reflects a shared commitment to developing leaders who can meet the evolving demands of the healthcare technology sector.
Through EDGE, AIM and R1 are investing in leadership capabilities that will strengthen organizational performance, fuel innovation, and build a leadership culture ready for the challenges of a rapidly changing business landscape.
